i bought a pair of these emus in the fall. unfortunately, i had to get them a size too big since that's what was in stock. wearing a boot too big seemed to make them wear down faster--they sort of sagged around my leg and i dragged my feet when i walked. i made sure, this time, to get the correct size--one size down from what i normally wear. i think they'll last longer now that i have the correct fit. i haven't worn them this winter, though, as they're not snow boots. with the light color, i'm saving them for dry days in the spring and fall.
